This Cancellation Policy explains what happens when you need to cancel or change a booking, and when Lucha Mexico Experience LLC (“LME”, “we”, “us” or “our”) cancels or changes an Experience. It is part of our Terms and Conditions, and capitalized terms have the meaning given to them there.
1. Which bookings this policy covers
This policy applies to bookings made directly with LME, whether by WhatsApp or email with a payment link, or through the booking calendar on the Website. If you booked through a third party platform, such as Airbnb, the cancellation policy of that platform applies to payments, cancellations and refunds, as described in Section 5.3 of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Why tickets cannot be refunded
Admission tickets to the arena are purchased in your name in advance, through official channels. Once purchased, the arenas and the promoter do not refund or exchange them. For this reason, bookings made directly with LME are non refundable once confirmed, except in the cases described in Sections 6 and 7.
3. Changing your date
If your plans change, write to us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to move your booking to another available date. Changes depend on availability and on the time left before the Experience, and we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible. When a change can be made:
- If the admission tickets for your original date had not yet been purchased, the change has no extra cost.
- If the admission tickets for your original date had already been purchased, you will pay again the proportional value of the admission tickets included in your booking, because the original tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If the new date is a special CMLL event or has a different price, the price difference will also apply.
4. Changes in the number of participants
You may add participants to a confirmed booking, subject to availability and at the price in effect for the date. If fewer people attend than the number booked, the price paid for the missing participants is not refunded, because their tickets have already been purchased.
5. No shows and late arrivals
If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the group may depart without you and the booking will be treated as a no show, without a refund. We will try to contact you through the phone number you provided before the group departs. If you are running late, message us on WhatsApp so we can tell you whether you can still join the group.
6. Cancellations and changes by LME
We may cancel or reschedule an Experience if the event is cancelled or postponed by the promoter or the venue, for safety reasons or due to force majeure, as described in Section 7.3 of our Terms and Conditions. In that case, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid to LME for the affected Experience, at your choice.
7. Changes that do not give rise to a refund
The event card, participating wrestlers, match order, seating layout and start times are set by the promoter and the venue and may change without notice. Such changes do not give rise to a refund, provided that the Experience takes place substantially as described. Removal from the Experience or denial of entry by the venue as a result of your conduct does not give rise to a refund either.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds are made in the same currency in which the booking was charged, to the original payment method, for the amount originally charged or the applicable portion of it, in accordance with Section 6.4 of our Terms and Conditions. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to credit the refund and may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
9. How to request a change or a cancellation
Write to us by WhatsApp at +1 623 309 2848 or by email at alexis@luchamexicoexperience.com, including the name on the booking, the date of the Experience and the number of participants. We will confirm in writing whether the change could be made.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
