1. Who we are
This website, luchamexicoexperience.com (the “Website”), and the experiences offered through it are owned and operated by Lucha Mexico Experience LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, doing business as “Lucha Mexico Experience” (“LME”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our mailing address in the United States is 21 SE 1st Avenue, 3rd Floor, Miami, FL 33131, USA. Our experiences take place in Mexico City, and our local operations are based at Donceles 67, Centro Histórico, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, CP 06000, Mexico City, Mexico. 2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and your booking of and participation in any experience offered by LME (the “Experiences”). By using the Website, making a booking or participating in an Experience, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Cancellation Policy. If you book on behalf of other people, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you will share them with every member of your group. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or book an Experience.
3. The Experiences
LME offers guided lucha libre experiences in Mexico City, which may include admission tickets to a lucha libre event, a guided visit to the arena, food and beverage stops, souvenirs and other elements as described on the relevant Experience page at the time of booking. The specific inclusions, meeting point, schedule and duration of each Experience are those published on the Website or on the booking platform at the time you book. Experiences are delivered by our hosts and local guides, who may include independent contractors working on our behalf.
4. Relationship with promoters, venues and wrestlers
LME is an independent tour operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any lucha libre promotion, arena, venue or wrestler, including Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), Arena México or Arena Coliseo. All names, trademarks and characters of promotions, venues and wrestlers belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the Experiences. The event card, participating wrestlers, match order, seating layout, start times and venue rules are determined exclusively by the promoter and the venue and may change without notice. Such changes are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund, provided that the Experience takes place substantially as described.
5. Bookings
5.1 Bookings may be made directly through the Website, which uses third party booking and payment systems, or through third party platforms such as Airbnb Experiences. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or from the platform through which you booked.
5.2 You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information at the time of booking, including the names of all participants, a valid email address, a mobile phone number reachable through WhatsApp or text message, and any information we request about dietary restrictions, mobility needs or health conditions relevant to your participation. The processing of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5.3 When you book through a third party platform, that platform’s terms of service, payment terms and cancellation policy also apply to your booking. In case of conflict regarding payments, cancellations or refunds, the policy of the platform through which you booked will prevail. These Terms continue to govern your participation in the Experience itself.
5.4 All Experiences are subject to availability. We may require a minimum advance notice for bookings, which will be indicated on the booking page.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Prices and currency. Until December 31, 2026, prices for direct bookings are displayed and charged in Mexican pesos (MXN). From January 1, 2027, prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD). The price shown and confirmed at the time of booking is final for that booking, in the currency in which it was charged. Bookings made through third-party platforms, such as Airbnb or our online booking calendar, are charged by those platforms, which may add their own platform fees and taxes on top of the base price. We may update our prices from time to time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
6.2 What prices include. Prices include only the elements listed on the Experience page. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include gratuities, additional food or beverages, merchandise, transportation to or from the meeting point, or any other item not expressly listed.
6.3 Payment and billing entity. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Until December 31, 2026, direct bookings and tips are charged in Mexican pesos (MXN) by Alexis Sánchez, founder and host of LME, as an individual registered in Mexico with business activity (persona física con actividad empresarial), through payment links issued by Clip. From January 1, 2027, direct bookings are charged in United States dollars (USD) by Lucha Mexico Experience LLC through Stripe. In both cases, payments are processed by third party payment processors, and LME does not store your full card details. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
6.4 Refunds. Any refund due under these Terms or our Cancellation Policy will be made in the same currency in which the booking was charged, for the amount originally charged or the applicable portion of it. LME is not responsible for differences in the final amount credited to you resulting from conversions or fees applied by your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancellations, changes and refunds
7.1 Cancellations by you. Cancellations and changes requested by you for bookings made directly with LME are governed by our Cancellation Policy, in the version in effect at the time of booking. For bookings made through third party platforms, the cancellation policy of that platform applies.
7.2 No shows and late arrivals. If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the group may depart without you and the booking will be treated as a no show, as described in our Cancellation Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you through the phone number you provided before the group departs.
7.3 Cancellations by LME. We may cancel or reschedule an Experience if the event is cancelled or postponed by the promoter or the venue, if a minimum number of participants indicated at the time of booking is not reached, for safety reasons, or due to force majeure. In that case, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid to LME for the affected Experience. Our liability is limited to that alternative or refund, and we are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as flights, accommodation or transportation.
7.4 Changes to the itinerary. We may modify the itinerary, food stop, seating section or other elements of an Experience when reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control, replacing them with elements of equal or similar value whenever possible.
8. Participation requirements
8.1 Age. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf and remains responsible for them during the Experience. Age rules established by each venue also apply.
8.2 Health and fitness. The Experiences involve walking through busy urban areas, standing in lines, climbing stairs and attending live events with large crowds, loud noise and flashing lights. You are responsible for assessing whether the Experience is suitable for you and your group, and for informing us in advance of any condition that may require an adjustment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, but we cannot guarantee that every accommodation will be possible, particularly with respect to venue facilities we do not control.
8.3 Food and allergies. Food stops are provided by independent establishments. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. We will communicate them to the establishment in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that food will be free of allergens or cross contamination.
8.4 Release and waiver. We may ask participants to sign a liability release or waiver before the Experience, and participation may be conditioned on signing it.
8.5 Venue rules. You must comply with all rules of the venues visited, including security checks, restrictions on bags, food, beverages, cameras and recording devices, and any instructions from venue staff. Venues may deny entry to or remove any person at their discretion. LME is not responsible for such decisions, and no refund will apply when they result from your conduct.
9. Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully toward your guide, other participants, venue staff, wrestlers and the public. We reserve the right to remove from the Experience, without refund, any participant who is intoxicated, acts aggressively, harasses others, endangers anyone’s safety, damages property or disregards the instructions of the guide or venue staff. Alcohol may be consumed only where permitted by law and by the venue, and only by participants of legal drinking age under Mexican law (18 years).
10. Assumption of risk
Attending live events and moving through a large city involves inherent risks, including crowds, traffic, uneven surfaces and the actions of third parties. You participate voluntarily and assume those inherent risks. You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, theft and trip cancellation.
11. Photographs and video
Our guides may take photographs or video during the Experience, which we may share with you. We may use images in which you appear on our Website, social media and promotional materials unless you object, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to appear, please tell your guide before or during the Experience or write to us at alexis@luchamexicoexperience.com. We will not use your image for promotional purposes and, upon request, we will remove previously published images where reasonably possible.
12. Credits, gift codes and promotional codes
Credits, gift codes and promotional codes issued by LME are denominated in the currency stated at issuance and may be applied only against the price of Experiences booked directly with LME, at the rates in effect at the time of booking. They have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Each code is valid until the expiration date stated at the time of issuance. Codes may be excluded from special event dates, such as anniversary shows, tribute events and tournaments, and are subject to availability and to the same advance booking requirements as any other booking. Unless stated otherwise at issuance, codes may be transferred to a third party. Codes that have already been redeemed will not be replaced.
13. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems; (b) introduce viruses or malicious code; (c) use automated means to extract content or data from the Website without our written permission; (d) interfere with the operation of the Website or its booking functions; or (e) use the Website in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, including for maintenance.
14. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, the “Lucha Mexico Experience” name and brand, and the design of the Experiences, are owned by or licensed to Lucha Mexico Experience LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws, including the Mexican Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor and Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial, as well as the intellectual property laws of the United States. You may view and print content for your personal, non commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written authorization. Third party trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.
15. Links and third party services
The Website may contain links to third party websites and services, including booking platforms, payment processors, maps and messaging services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
16. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs or other content to us, on our Website or on our social media, you grant Lucha Mexico Experience LLC a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce and publish that content, with attribution by first name or username, in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours, that it is truthful and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind; (b) LME is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, or costs of travel or accommodation; (c) LME is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, including promoters, venues, wrestlers, restaurants, transportation providers, booking platforms and other attendees; and (d) LME’s total liability arising out of or related to any Experience or the Website will not exceed the amount you paid to LME for the Experience giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
18. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, earthquakes, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, road closures, power or telecommunications failures, or the cancellation or suspension of events by promoters or venues. In such cases, Section 7.3 will apply.
19. Complaints and informal resolution
If something did not go as expected, please contact us at alexis@luchamexicoexperience.com within 30 days after the Experience, describing the issue and your booking details. We will respond in good faith and try to resolve the matter promptly. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally with us for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to Section 19, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website or the Experiences will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and LME consent to their jurisdiction. Because the Experiences are provided in Mexico, this clause does not deprive you of the rights granted to consumers by the Mexican Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, including your right to file a complaint with the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO), nor of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. The processing of personal data is governed by the Mexican Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares and other applicable laws, as described in our Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
22. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation Policy, the information published on the Experience page and, where applicable, the terms of the booking platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and LME regarding their subject matter. These Terms are drafted in English, and if they are translated, the English version will prevail.
