Specific elements such as venues, routes, seating, schedules, or duration may vary due to operational, weather, safety, venue, or promoter decisions. Such variations do not constitute a material change to the experience.

5. Guest Eligibility and Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult
• Be physically capable of participating in a walking-based experience
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Follow instructions provided by the host or guide

9. Assumption of Risk

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Lucha Mexico Experience, its hosts, guides, collaborators, and representatives from any claims arising from:

• Emotional distress
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including venues, promoters, transportation providers, or booking platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the experience, if any, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucha Mexico Experience from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
