No. Both Arena México and Arena Coliseo do not allow professional cameras or action sports cameras such as GoPro or similar devices inside the venue.

We strongly recommend leaving these items at your accommodation if possible. However, if you are coming from a full day of activities and have your camera with you, both arenas offer a free storage service where you can safely leave restricted items during the show and retrieve them afterward at no additional cost.

Our seats are always located in the ringside area, but the exact location may vary based on several factors.

Seat assignment depends on:

• The time between your booking date and the date of the show
• Whether the event is a regular show or a special or seasonal event
• The venue and day of the week
  
  

For Arena México, which hosts shows on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, seats are usually located in Ring 6 to Ring 8 sections, typically between rows 19 and 27.

For Arena Coliseo, which hosts shows on Saturday, I always aim to secure general ringside seats, traditionally between rows 6 and 14.

Both venues offer an excellent view of the ring, and regardless of the specific section, you will be close to the action.

For special or seasonal events, seating depends on availability and pricing. During these dates, ticket prices often increase significantly, sometimes four to six times the regular rate. This is also why prices may vary on our calendars depending on the day.

For last-minute bookings, seats may not be located in the same rows or sections as earlier reservations. Placement depends entirely on availability at the venue on that day. Even so, seats will still be ringside with a great view, and pricing for the experience remains the same for that date.

We carefully schedule our experiences to ensure that every guest receives the best possible experience. Because Lucha Libre tickets and included services are purchased in advance for a specific date, punctuality is essential.

No Show

If an individual guest or an entire group does not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled start time of the experience, it will be considered a no show.

In the case of a no show, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be issued, as tickets, food, transportation, and other services have already been purchased and cannot be reassigned.

Late Arrival

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you believe you may arrive late, we kindly ask that you notify the host as soon as possible as a courtesy.

The experience always starts at the scheduled time and may not be delayed.

A 30 minute grace period may be honored at the host’s discretion only if it does not affect other guests or the overall experience.

If a guest arrives late and misses any part of the scheduled experience, no refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the tour, including food, drinks, transportation, or other incurred costs.

However, guests will always retain:

• Their admission ticket to the Lucha Libre show
• The Lucha Libre mask included as a souvenir

Rescheduling Policy

Because tickets are purchased in advance for a specific date, rescheduling is not available in most cases.

The only rescheduling option, subject to confirmation, applies under the following conditions:

• The guest notifies the host at least 7 days before the scheduled experience date
• Tickets for the original date have not yet been purchased
• There is availability on a future date

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends entirely on ticket availability and operational logistics.

Rescheduling is not available in the following cases:

• Late arrivals
• No shows
• Notifications received less than 7 days before the experience
• Missed or partially missed experiences

In all other situations, the original reservation remains valid and no refunds or credits will be issued.
